The BBC Radio 4 series The New Elizabethans follows up its profile of Graham Greene with one on Alfred Hitchcock (although listeners may be startled to hear the climatic scene on the Statue of Liberty in Saboteur attributed to Vertigo).

Ah thank you - I disappeared down the U tube rabbit hole and emerged some hours later, having watched Lauren Bacall, Raquel Welch and many many others. And of all of them, Alfred Hitchcock shone brightest and best, like the eccentric gem he was.
