First in a series on unexpected individuals who enjoy or enjoyed mystery-related works and authors.
Who knew that Fox's Bill O'Reilly is so fond of thrillers? The list of Reilly's favorite books from his Web site includes the following mysteries or thrillers (none by women):
• The Neon Rain by James Lee Burke
• Red Storm Rising by Tom Clancy
• Rising Sun by Michael Crichton
• L.A. Confidential by James Ellroy
• Casino Royale by Ian Fleming
• The Eagle Has Landed by Jack Higgins
• The Godwulf Manuscript by Robert B. Parker (first Spenser novel)

Well, of course he would like men's thrillers! Even I like them, although my husband the librarian says ladies don't like them. He says people who think about what they read don't like them, either, historians and the like. Nevertheless he enjoys them himself.
Like the new feature! Look forward to seeing more.
Beth, I look forward to more in this series! Great idea.
Francine Mathews (_The Cutout_, etc.) once mentioned to me that it was rare that a female author wrote a novel with a female spy, but I pointed out Evelyn Anthony's earlier Davina Graham series (_The Defector_, etc.).
